1.-Intellectual Property
The contents of all windows services, programs,
data bases, webs and files related to FALCONHELMETS that
allow users to access and use their accounts, belong to
FALCONHELMETS and are protected by Copyright, brands, patents
and industrial models and designs laws and International
agreements. The illegal use or total or partial reproduction
of the above said contents is forbidden and punished with
civil and criminal sanctions and may bring the relevant
legal actions.
2 – Infringements to the System or
Data Bases
The use of any devise, software, or element
that may interfere either in the activities and operations
or in the offers and data bases of FALCONHELMETS are forbidden.
The interference, attempt, or infringing activity against
Copyright laws and/or prohibitions established in this contract
may subject the liable party to the relevant legal actions,
and to the sanctions established in this agreement, being
liable for the compensation of the damages.
3 – Venue and Applicable Legislation
All the requirements of this agreement shall
be in accordance with the legislation currently in force
in the Republic of Argentina. Any litigation that may arise
from the current agreement shall be subjected to the arbitration
of the Conciliation and Arbitration Business Centre (Centro
Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje). The place
of said arbitration shall be the autonomous City of Buenos
Aires and the procedures shall be conducted in Spanish.
